Partners — stores, suppliers, and your profile
Stores you invite, suppliers you add, and the public repair profile partner stores see.
The Partners page is where every business you work with lives — the stores sending repairs to you, the suppliers you forward repairs to, and your own public repair profile.
Stores — you invite them
For in-house and hybrid orgs, the Stores tab lists every business currently linked to you. You invite a store, they accept, and from then on every repair they send you flows directly into your queue. The store is automatically kept updated as the repair progresses — so you don't have to.
Linked Suppliers — they invite you
Suppliers already on RepairStep. They invite you to connect — no contact details to enter. Every repair you send shows up on their side instantly, and their stage/progress updates flow back to you automatically.
External Suppliers — you add them
Suppliers that aren't on RepairStep. You add them with their name, contact details, and shipping and return notes. Once added, you can send them the repair pack — a magic link they follow to see everything about the repair, acknowledge it, and reply.
Linked and external suppliers are functionally interchangeable for forwarding repairs — the difference is how the contact details get there.
Your public repair profile
The Repair Process tab is your published profile — your contact details, how to send you repairs, anything specific to your service. Publish it once and every store that links to you sees the same instructions. No re-explaining your process to each new partner.
